The first one I received wouldn't work. Easy return and replace. Replacement worked twice and now will not charge. Green light stays on constantly. I bought a replacement charger and it does the same. Bought in Aug, 23 so I can't return it and there is NO WAY to contact t sellers guess I will take it apart and investigate. DO NOY WASTE. I guess you get what you pay for a $100 this car is terrible I had to send it back twice it only worked twice each time I used it. It does clean the pool when it works but after two cleanings the car won't charge. I guess you have to spend $500 to get a good pool cleaner. Don't waste your time ordering this machine you will regret it and have to send it back. Pay the money and buy a new good one. This is a piece of trash. ... show more

I never leave reviews although I always read them before I buy something, especially a pricier item. And hopefully this will help anyone contemplating buying this. Really wanted something that would cut down my cleaning time .... Here in Michigan we only get about 3 months of pool time and half the time is spent cleaning and not enjoying it. It definitely does not last long but I found leaving it plugged in longer than when the green light comes on does help. I wanted a vacuum that would pick up the debris so that it didn't go into my filter which it does. But when you pull it out of the water it just empties everything it picked up back into the pool. I found that putting a small towel under the filter helps to trap most of it but you still have to pull the vacuum out fast and don't tip it. It will work for now but for the price I would of bought one that was double the price and wasn't so much of a hassle. As of 8/16 completely stopped working. So I do not recommend at all! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Not a bad little vacuum. I don’t think it will replace a good manual cleaning but it will be good for picking up leaves. It does got some of the sand and dirt but you would have to use it every day to try and get it all. I am keeping it to help with the leaves so that does not go through me pump. Update***.it just stopped working. It would not charge. I requested a return and my only option was for pickup service and there we’re supposed to be 3 attempts to pick up and they only came once and never came back to get it and now I am out of my return y me and I am stuck with a broken vacuum. I am very disappointed with this whole experience. Now I have spent money on something that doesn’t work. ... show more

It worked good while it lasted which was one summer. If you want to spend that much money for one summer, it would be fine. It will not even charge now.

    • This thing is great!
This was a bit of a splurge for my 10' inflatable pool, but when the bottom gets dirty, what are you gonna do? It's gross. In the past I got the pool vacuum that just uses the water hose, and it did ok, but was kind of a pain. So I got this one to try, and was surprised how well it works. It goes for over an hour. It picks up everything. Even little plastic toys. The pool looks great when it's done. And it looks so cute the grandkids love to watch it go. You just plug it in to charge it up, then unplug it, turn it on, drop it in the pool, and let it go. I come back later and the pool looks great. I take it out, open it up to dump the filter, then pop it back together, and plug it back in for the next time. Easy! I can't say how long it will last because i got it kind of late in the season. When I first purchased this vacuum it had a 4.5* review. Now it's much lower & I have the same review. We have had bad luck with pool vacuums but I searched for an expensive one with great reviews. I loved that it was cute & pink so I bought it. We charged it fully as directed and used 'Pinky' )we named her) every day 2x for a couple weeks. Then one day, it's dead. It showed a green light making us think it was fully charged. However it never moved. We thought maybe it just needed another charge. Still dead. I've never been so frustrated with an expensive product that we desperately need to keep our pool from going green. I was smart enough to pay for the extra 3 year warranty. Obviously we never made it that far, and sadly I haven't gotten a refund for the warranty but Amazon's great return policy got my money back immediately instead of wait for an outside vendor. I now will continue researching new vacuums. We had another very popular brand (starting with A) last year that died 2 days after the 1 year warranty. I won't risk getting it again even though it's the #1 product. Off to research before prime day... ... show more
