This worked well for the first two runs. It has really good battery life. It stopped working on the third try because the flimsy plastic slide switch would not stay fully in the “On” position and thus the vacuum would not stay on and couldn’t be used.     • hardly used - only runs about 5 min now
Bought this at the end of the season last year. Ran it maybe 5-6 times in our above ground pool. Stored it in a plastic bin completely dry for the winter in our spare room. Ran it this year at the beginning of the year and it only runs about 5 mins and sits on the side of the pool. Motor still running, but doesn't back up to create the next arc to clean the pool. Really disappointed that we are out of our return window from buying at the end of the season last year. Not worth the money if only works a handful of times. ... show more

    • Only lasted one summer
We bought this item last summer. Used it a couple times. It worked ok, not great. It didn't get everything like it said out of the pool. Would need to use it over and over again. We got our pool ready again this year, and went to use it again. Made sure it was charged, and it wouldn't start up.

    • No Customer Service Phone Number. Poor Instructions
My charging indicator did not work: Instructions say it should be red when charging and turn green when finished. It never comes on despite it appearing to take a charge and cleaning my pool pretty well. You are supposed to call after sales support if this does not work but there is none listed in the manual or anywhere I can find on amazon or the internet in general. During operation it will occasionally stop perpendicular against the wall and I have to pick it up and turn it get it moving again. I have a 14 foot above ground round pool so have the jets set to 20 degrees to the left on one side to the right on the other side. Not sure this is correct as directions do not tell you exactly what 20 - 20 is supposed to be and there is nobody to call or a help site that I can find. It goes around the edge a few times and then does random loops towards the middle before getting stuck on the side after 10 to 15 minutes of operation. I am not sure what it is supposed to do on the 20 -20 setting because there description or any phone or chat support that I can find. It did remove a lot of debris from my pool, saving me a lot of work with the hand vac I have been using. Not sure that it got the full pool bottom because my water is pretty cloudy. I used it for an hour, let the kids swim and then ran it until it stopped which I did not time. Seemed like 45 or 50 minutes so that was as advertised.     • Not effective and cheaply made, but it is cheaper price!
To be fair, It is cheaper priced but you do get cheaper product. It was clunky and hard to open and close. The jet doors broke off which couldn't be fixed. It did not clean as good as it should for that size and small inclines didn't help it move. There was some good, besides the price if you know what you are buying. The charging port was secure and good. It does have the ability to run over suction vents at the bottom the pool without getting stuck. So that is a plus. Just a fair review. Might work better on above ground liner pools as mine in a rectangle in ground. ... show more

    • Second season already broken
We purchased this in summer of 23’ and kept it stored away properly for the winter. Went to pull it out for the new season and it will not charge or turn on. Waste of money, and extremely disappointing.
