    • Disappointing Pool Cleaner
The media could not be loaded. This pool cleaner fell short in several key areas. It frequently "wheelies" while moving along the pool bottom, causing it to stop and change direction unpredictably (as shown in my video). Even after three uses straight out of the box, it still failed to clean all the debris from the pool floor. The design has critical flaws. With wheels instead of belts, it gets stuck on pool drain covers, requiring manual dislodging to resume cleaning. The wheels are also too small to clear the main pool drains. Additionally, it doesn't clean stair-shelves effectively. When it reached the top of the shelf, it would get stuck due to a lack of resistance (as opposed to cleaning the waterline) and couldn’t reverse itself. To make matters worse, the app doesn’t indicate when the cleaner is stuck or has stopped. Battery performance is average, delivering run times between 40 and 70 minutes on a full charge—not terrible, but not impressive either. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this cleaner, as it was ultimately ineffective for my pool. ... show more

    • Not sure about this robot
It's only my second try at this. First off the app is worthless. Always offline when robot is in the pool. When choosing the "all" button it will not get off the walls. Had to pull it out of pool and physically change it to floor. The indicator lights need to be brighter. Again not sure what the App is good for. The one positive thing is it really cleans up small debris well. The pattern is random not like the advertisement. I will try to contact someone who can explain the app and connectivity issues. Will re rate if I can get some manufacturer help. ... show more

I purchased this pool cleaner and it just did wheelies and didn't manage to clean the pool efficiently. Contacted the company and after several days they finally contacted me and said we will send you a new one and said I can keep the first one. After a week the second one did exactly what the first one did just did wheelies. Obviously I don't recommend. ... show more

I just tried it for the first time, will update this review if my opinion changes. So far, it seems to do an excellent job of working its way around the pool. I had it running in “all” mode and it covered the floor, walls and waterline. The steps in our pool are not terribly large, and I think it had trouble staying on top of them. Aside from that, all looks good. At the end of the cycle it stopped near the wall and sat there with its yellow lights flashing. ... show more

So far this pool cleaner has picked up dirt and leaves from the pool. My concern is why is it doing wheelies? Read the same from another posting. Needing response from the seller
