I downloaded the app so I can choose the cleaning mode I want to use for the cleaning that day. He is very sturdy and really gets my pool clean. Has a large debris basket and it is easy to get out and clean after he is finished cleaning. He has good suction and picks up any debris on the bottom and walls of the pool. I own a 21 foot above ground pool. He lets you know to turn him off after removal from the pool and also when he is ready to clean. When you plug him in for charging he lets you that he is charging and also when he is finished. So far I have had no issues and would recommend this robot. The customer service with this company is wonderful, they respond right away and follow up with you to see how your robot is doing. Loki is the best on customer service very personable. ... show more

This pool cleaner is a very solid product as it weighs a bit more than my last one. It easily sinks to the bottom upright with ease. It is very affective in climbing the walls of my above ground pool and it even climbed my ladder a couple of times. It is very mythodical in its cleaning cycle once it maps out the pool. I sugest downloading the unlock seauto app as you can update the cleaner mcu with what i assume is firmware and change the modes for cleaning. It has 3 cleaning modes such as cover all, wall only or floor only. If you use floor only i found that changing the speed to slow it picks more debri at once rather than stiring up stuff beside it. 5 stars for now if it keeps working the way it has only had it for a little over a week. ... show more

So far I give a five star review. This thing is a tank. The bottom of my pool has ripples and indents from a DYI pool installer.... lol. This has never been stuck anywhere and climbs the wall with ease. I had another brand that would get stuck in first 5 minutes. Hopefully the charging and performance last. After ordering the pool cleaner, I read most of the reviews. The reviews seemed to be scripted, so I was questioning whether I made a good decision ordering this. So far, I have been pleased with it. It doesn’t get the bottom 100% clean, but does a lot better of a job than I can with the pool vacuum wasting water. Just drop it in, and let it do it’s thing. I may have missed it in the description, but it can be started, and different cleaning settings can be changed in the app. Such as normal or slow cleaning speed, all - bottom only - walls only, and firmware upgrades. So far it definitely has been a timesaver, and saves on wasting water. ... show more
