I'm a side sleeper and I've searched high and low for a pillow that doesn't make my neck strain because it's either too tall or too flat. At least one that's less than $100. This is perfect - not too soft or flat not to firm or tall. Love it. Great for the price.

I like that they keep their shape and definitely don't go flat. They are very high however, and I've had a neck ache most of the time I've had them. I just can't get more at the moment so I'm living with them.

The pillows came with pillowcases, pillow and case are zipper fastened for cleaning. Fabric of pillowcase is not silky/satin slick feeling like many cooling pillows. Sometimes I have to flip, but flip-side is always cool. Let these air out for a day after removing from the plastic shipping bag, there is a scent. It goes away after a few hours just lying out in indoor air. Very happy for the price. ... show more
