I wish I could give this a better rating, we were hoping to use this to route our flooring around our fireplace. Unfortunately this just didn't work, the way the grooves are just dont create a good line for anything with rounded or multiple angles. I think if using for basic square angles or cut outs it may work better. ... show more

    • Countour is great, unless your contouring from the floor up a wall.

The points are small, so it's better than other options. You're able to easily trace without jagged edges from larger contact points. That said, it's about 3/4" off the floor. So, if you're contouring something like a bathtub for surrounding tile or a wall, you're still going to have to guestimate the space between the base of the gauge and the beginning of the contact points. ... show more
