This product is exactly what we were looking for. It works quickly and the mix stays frozen for extended periods of time. A few notes to anyone considering this machine: 1) It's a large and heavy machine, so yes, it does make some noise 2) Once the mixture gets down to about 75 ounces, it will become more frozen and sometimes you need to put it in "juice mode" so it can thaw out a little for easy pouring 3) The tank fits the space well and there is not a lot of extra room between the front tabs and the rear gasket. I saw another post that showed the tank came loose and spilled the mixture. Make sure that when you install the tanks that you are pushing it back hard enough against the rear gasket so that the plastic feet, on the tank, slip behind the tabs on the machine. That's what keeps it from coming loose. 4) As long as you stay within the guidelines of at least 15% sugar/alcohol, we have not had any issues using sugar free mixes. In fact, we do crystal light lemonade mix with extra water and about 20% vodka and they are amazing!!!!!!! (Note - we watch the mix closely after the level gets down to about 1/2 full) ... show more

The machine was used to add to our party business. My husband is a DJ and we often provide the two services together. After about 10 rentals the machine has paid for itself! The machine is fairly quiet. The noise is not noticeable. The appearance of the machine is sleek and has enough room to allow us to put our business logo on the side or the front of the machine. It has performed amazing and when the slush gets low after the initial use, it’s really quick to freeze again. The size is perfect for us to slide it onto a rolling cart and roll it around. We normally use a plastic table cloth to cover the bottom shelf of the cart but be careful not to let the tablecloth cover the back vent as it doesn’t allow the machine to breathe and work efficiently. It is cleaned with ease. We fill it with water several time and wipe it with a clean towel and bam it’s ready for the next customer! ***Updated my review*** no after sale support no customer service. I need a simple replacement part that i would purchase happily but there is no way to reach them. They give you an email but they dont respond.**** This machine works great I looked for a long time and finally settled on this one and happy I chose it. It freezes pretty quick and is easy to use. I wpuld highly recommend this machine. The instructions can be a little tricky your first time with how the tank installs. The first time I tried it leaked all out. The front tank little feet don't rest on the tabs they need to go past the front tabs to secure it. It took more force then i thought and was afraid to break it. Just Make sure to apply adequate lubricant on the back rubber gasket so the tank slides on to it fully with ease. ... show more

This slushy machine has been great. We use it in our cafe and run it nonstop from spring to fall. We keep one bowl filled with our cold brew and the other with seasonal flavors. It's easy to use and makes a consistent slushy. You need to ensure you have enough liquid and sweetener in the mix or it will freeze as the directions indicate. My only criticism is the low sound it continually makes. Our customers don't notice it and it's not that loud, but we have a small cafe and our machine is behind the cashier where it can sometimes seem loud when you're taking orders. I have owned this machine for over a year now and feel I can honestly review it. The machine works amazingly well. If you add cold ingredients, you have slush in about an hour and a half. We have enjoyed trying different mixes and have found that adding champagne to the mix really enhances the cocktails. I would recommend to anyone who enjoys frozen cocktails. I have zero negative comments. One thing you should know before buying though, the machine is very loud. Very loud. And one other thing, you must make batches in both tanks. You cannot use only one tank. This means you are making a minimum of five gallons each batch. The service from the company has been amazing. I broke one of my tanks. I reached out via email and they responded within hours. They replaced my tank after sending a few photos. They made the experience quick and easy. ... show more

I host alot of parties, and have been renting these machines for years. I finally bought this one. I've used it for my superbowl party, which had over 80 people. That machine performed perfectly, one side was margarita and the other side was hurricane drinks. It lasted for the entire event. It kept the drinks nice and cold. Key to success I'd use good liquor and good mixes. Good mixes might cost a little more bit well worth it, when people rave over your drinks. It also keeps you from making drinks all the time. I have two of these operating for the last 6 months in restaurants, and most of my complaints are just minor things such as the product containers gathering excessive frost on their exteriors during daytime operation. (It all melts away again overnight when it's switched from freeze to chill) The only big complaint I have is parts support. The little silicone funnel on the end of the dispenser nozzle is impossible to find. If other parts are equally impossible to replace, then I'm very worried about any future device failures. I really don't want this to be a device we're expected to throw away and buy again when it's in need of repair. ... show more
