The description and photos are accurate. If you're looking for some lower back soothing, then this should work great for you. I set it in my office chair at times while I work, and am very happy with it. The massage function comes as 3 different vibration patterns. I was initially expecting a different type of massage (like the ones with mechanical nodes that move around), but this makes more sense for the position and size of the cushion. I use all 3 vibration settings, but the second is my personal favorite. The warming function is excellent as well. I've had other devices that claim to put out some heat, but you can barely feel it. Not the case here! The high setting is perfect for me, but if it's a bit too warm for some, then there is a second, lower heat option. All in all, I'm very satisfied, and when I purchased this, I'd been experiencing a lot of pain in my low back for about a week. I'm not saying this thing worked any miracles or was a cure-all of any kind, but after my first day of using this, I felt much better, and the remaining week or so of healing was made much more tolerable thanks to this cushion! If I could go back in time and reconsider my purchase, knowing what I know now, I would still definitely buy this. ... show more

This is so small....it does not even cover my chair. It is seriously like a child's booster seat or something. The pictures on the listing are very misleading. And, it's so uncomfortable when I try to sit back in the chair. I agree with the others... The massage is not a massage. It is a gentle vibration and is virtually worthless. The heat function is just okay at best. I would do better with a heating pad and a pillow behind me. Just don't waste your money..... I will definitely be returning this and might look for Something Else. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This COMFIER Back Lumbar Support Pillow lasted a couple months after the return date. It was fine at first. It is a very light massage and the heat is decent. However, the massage ball on the left side literally just broke started rattling loudly. I'm not sure what caused it to just rattle out of control because it has been in the same place and never moved. The rattling is so loud you can't use it while talking on the phone, reading or watching TV. The rattling is so strong it literally disconnects itself in the back where the plugin connects into the on/off remote controller. The rattling is so hard, it also physically hurts to have it on your back. I am super disappointed. It was not cheap, so to waste money like that was upsetting to say the least. ... show more

This lumbar massager is very attractive. The fabric is so soft and velvety. It's a perfect fit for my back. The vibration with the heat features are very effective, because the pressure of your back keeps the heat and vibrations isolated to your lumbar. Other vibration massagers tend to be aggressive and rattle my brain. It feels great in my car seat and desk chair. A couple of things to keep in mind. 1) This pillow is not very wide. I'm an average sized woman. My husband is an average/larger size. The pillow is a good size for us. 2) I have to cover 3 outlet holes on a power strip in order to fit it and my plug for my electric recliner. I'm going to have to find a different power strip, as this cord is bent hard against the next plug. ... show more
