I have been trying to get off portable propane stoves for a while with RV camping. The 1# canisters are expensive and bulky. While this butane stove still requires butane canisters, the stove is way smaller and cheaper. I don’t think it really saves money but the space savings is more important. This is a great camping stove. We take it in our RV and along with our tabletop grill allows us to do a lot of cooking outdoors. Which is important during warmer weather. This stove produces a hot flame allowing you to quickly boil a pot of water which can put a lot of heat in the RV

Very happy with this purchase. My husband and I went camping for 2 nights and made our meals on this burner. The only struggle I had was when I would turn down the heat just past the middle towards lower heat, it would shut off. Just be mindful and watch for the flame. The butane can was easy to install. I am so impressed with this stove! We took it on a weekend camping trip and cooked on it Friday night, Saturday morning, Sat night and Sunday morning. We still had butane left over in the first bottle we took. It was super easy to use, has a very quick and easy to use starter, the flame control is great, it was easy to clean, and it was big enough to hold a decent-size skillet. It also heated water in my kettle up to boiling in less than two minutes. It comes with a plastic case that is a little cheap and hard to close, but the stove itself is well-worth the price! Highly recommend. Just be sure not to cover the compartment that holds the butane with a larger pot. Keep the post or pan the size of the burner. Love this!
