This company cares about their products. The chair is packed well. They put extra padding on parts that might poke thru the box. Spare parts. Instructions we clear. It was pretty easy to put it together. I ordered one chair and liked it a lot, so I ordered a second. Both were packed with care. The 2nd chair, one screw on the arm/back ( which is the only area that you need to "work" to put it together) Just didn't want to line up! I worked longer on that one screw than I should have. Thought I'd have to give up. But I came in at a different angle and was able to get it in. But that angle caused the paint to get scraped off the arm. (Which I didn't realize the "metal" was painted! See photo) I do not like black anything in my house. (Just black clothes and a dog.) So this chair makes me very happy. The cream color fabric and the sliver-grey metal, love it! So pretty! Light, fresh looking. The wheels are fantastic! You can't hear any movement. Very smooth! I wish they made the same chair with a mid-back. I don't need a headrest at my desk. It would be nice not having it so high. For me, this is a good feel and fit. Nice upgrade from what I was using. I would recommend this chair. ... show more

Excellent quality office chair. Easy, hassle free assembly. Very comfortable for it's size. UPDATE 3/19/24 I'm not going to change my rating, but I noticed that stability was becoming a problem after a couple of weeks. The bolts are all easily accessible and on checking noted that every bolt had started working loose. Tightening solved the problem, but a medium thread locker should probably be used on initial assembly. Still happy with my purchase. ... show more

I ordered this chair in white. Received it with a black left arm. Also had missing bolts and one non functioning bolt hole that would not accept any bolt. Initially could not get through to Customer Service. After several unsuccessful attempts for Customer Service to resolve the issues, they sent me a new chair! As far as the chair, it is very nice. Material is soft. Easy to put together. Mechanisms work well. Rolls easily. Fits my body great (I’m 5’6”, 150 #). I LOVE this chair! If I had received an error free chair originally, I would have given this product 5 stars. However, I am very pleased now that I have the new chair! ... show more

I'm living on budget and going to school but have some back and hip issues. I was a little worried about this chair because of the price. I need not have worried. It is very comfortable, easy to put together and the fabric is durable. I highly recommend following the directions exactly when putting this together. I read some reviews and they said they had issues with assembly. Follow the directions, even if it seems weird, don't tighten all the bolts on the arms and seat before everything is in place (also recommended in the directions) and the issues at minimal. Would highly recommend if you want a comfortable office chair but can't pay loads of money. Just as comfortable as the really expensive chairs I've used in other locations ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Item arrived very late and it’s very damaged,not recommended at all and it’s not comfortable it’s too hard and makes back pain after 1 hour at work. The seller doesn’t want to understand about damage and has bad behavior to buyer. Don’t lose your money and time like how I did. Had this chair for one month and it broke. I used like normal and loved it! But after only a month, springs in the seat have started poking up when I sit down, making it uncomfortable! I weigh only over 100 pounds and have used the chair like normal. Amazon customer service was also atrocious and could not even refund me or replace the item without having to chat, and call, with 4 people! Amazon has become a scam, with their people telling lies and giving them the run around! ... show more
