I thought that most of the 5 star reviews were suspicious but at first use this chair is amazing for the value. I got it for $99 and had low expectations but the build quality is excellent and its easy to put together as well. The main reason i got it was because of the adjustable arm rests and theyre awesome. The seat is also super wide and thick enough that my tailbone doesn't hurt - at 1st use. The only thing that disappointed was the fact that the metallic material around the actual arm rest and on the back of the chair is plastic, everywhere else its metal. I didnt expect it to be this nice.! A little wider than I needed however the padded bottom of the chair is 5" thick. It moves around very easy. Quality. Liked it so much I ordered one for my son as he sits a good part of the day at his desk. Price was very amazing afordable. I was very pleased with the materials and the sturdiness of the chair, and for $99 it was a pretty good deal. What I'm not pleased with is how the arms are located much too far back for comfort or assistance in getting out of the chair. The photo of the fully assembled chair doesn't match what I got after assembly. I won't buy another one. ... show more

I was shocked, arrived much faster then was told, and when it got here I was honestly blown away by the quality. Every piece feels like solid steel, the arms are thick and beefy, the seat is large and super comfy, went together easily, and couldn't be happier. I wasn't expecting this level of quality for the price ($99) but I couldn't be happier. I'm a large guy (soon to be small) but needed something that hopefully would last and I feel like this will definitely do the job. ... show more

    • Horrible Desk chair
When I bought this chair I had high hopes because the listing say's that it holds 500lbs, well I am way under 300lbs and there is no way this is going to last that long. It's a heavy chair , it looks nice and it's easy to put together but looks can be deceiving. When I started putting the chair together I was excited but now I am starting to hear creaking noises coming from the chair. The metal part that goes on the bottom of the seat is held on with 4 small bolts and and the seat like most office chairs just sits on top of the piston and the piston does not look like it's good quality. The arms are held on by 3 bolts that are bigger than the seat bolts which kind of weirded me out because the seat gets the most pressure and you would think those bolts would be bigger but they are not. The problem now is that I am stuck with this chair because all the packaging material was put outside and got wet so I am stuck with this chair. If you are thinking about getting this chair just remember looks can be deceiving. Also I have been sitting in it for about 3 hours and it's not really that comfortable. ... show more

Got this chair and ordered an oversized one bc sometimes the arms of the chair are to tight for my liking these are set apart pretty wide I actually have spare room completely around it. I am on the heavier side after having 3 children back to back in my mid 30s but not close to the 500lb limit the chair offers. It is a heavy made very sturdy and durable chair. It arrived quickly . The box says it weighs around 53lbs. Believe it bc each part is fairly heavy. The seating is extra comfortable as is the backing and I look forward to sitting in this for hours as I'm going back to finish my bachelors degree.. ... show more
