a very poor product. the nozzle doesn't fit in the hose so a ton of water leaks there, and sprays you - then if you adjust the nozzle, it leaks worse. so much water coming out before it reaches the end of the nozzle renders the hose near useless as there's not as much water reaching the nozzle to go through it. so disappointed and mortified. I bought this hose so a friend could water my plants while I was out of town. I didn't have time to test it before I left. came home and used it, only to find that it leaks so bad that I was absolutely drenched and had to change clothes after watering. can't believe my poor friend had to deal with that and then drive home soaked. the reviews all said it wouldn't extend as far as advertised, but not that it was near useless ... show more

I really want to give 5 stars! Bought the first one April 21st. Loved it so much I bought another one. The second one came and lasted 10 days before the handle sprung a leak. If you like wet pants while you water your plants, this one is for you. Heavy duty, looks well built but 50% quality rate drops it down a few stars. Never been contacted by a vendor on Amazon to make things right, but I’m hopeful. Will change review if customer service comes through. Until then, wet pants for me. ... show more
