I had just finished applying UV blocking film on several window panes at a museum to protect the displays. It was an easy project, so I decided to get the 17.5 x 78.7 Inch one with the reed glass to obscure two bathroom windows in my RV. The backing film separated just fine and I used lots of water (with a few drops of dish soap) on the glass and on the film. The film adhered well and looks good. The reason for losing one star is that this film is stretchy. So, when trimming the edges with a very sharp exacto knife, the blade would sometimes catch and tear at the material. This caused me to toss away one window’s worth. Also, the end of the roll that was taped to the cardboard tube had some stretch marks. I was nervous to try to install this but it was incredibly simple! I would recommend buying a kit with a squeegee, spray, and a cutter if you dont have these already. It looks so beautiful, provides the privacy I want, while letting in more light than I had before.

I've had this product for a few months now and I haven't had to do anything to it since the day I followed the directions in how to get it to adhere to the window. I'm satisfied with my purchase, the window art ads cheer to the room and helps me feel better about people not being able to see in clearly, yet it allows plenty of light. I also bought the kind you can't see through and it works perfectly, by letting the light come through without being able to see in from outside, which also means you can't see out from inside. The pattern is beautiful. I used this on a kitchen window at church. You can see a shadow through it but that's it. Pebbly texture and a good quality. Easy to install.
