I bought these for durability on cooktops as they have clad bottoms. The simple aluminum pans warp over time. They are quite beautiful with the polished stainless exteriors, and the insides are also finished well to help in cleaning.

Fantastic quality. These pans heat evenly and hold a constant temperature. The handles don't get too hot on the pans when using it. They are easy to clean. Food doesn't stick to them and they cook fantastically. The best performing pans I have ever used.

Whatever you do, the food sticks on the pan and burns. You can pour oil, butter, anything, the problem is the same. Then it’s impossible to clean and it gets all stained and scratched. I did not recommend. Bad quality and very expensive.
