I’ve been a proud owner of 2 Circooter mates for a little over a year now. Purchased for my wife & I to enjoy the city life. It’s become a daily/nightly hobby of ours to ride, explore, and site see. It’s extremely fun to get around town. I’ve put over 870 miles on my scooter (all original parts) Reliable, noticeable, and fast. I can do a smooth 28mph, and it powers me up any hill. The Circooter is quicker than the public scooters you see rented on the streets. The blue LED under glow is certainly an eye catcher as well. Sleek black and red make for great looking scooter. The all rubber wheels are a life safer, and extremely durable. No worries of a flat ever. Sadly, I experienced some mishandling during transportation. Some wires were clipped in the process. I reached out via email to Sales rep / technician. Angel kindly took on the task of helping me at all costs to get my scooter up and running again. He has been extremely helpful since my reach out for spare parts. He’s guided me through repairs, and shipped out all spare parts with quickness. I highly recommend and suggest this scooter to all family and friends. It’s been a real pleasure and joy in my life. I'm not a small person at 6'2" and 250lbs and this thing carries me with ease. Acceleration is no problem and it feels solid, just like the ones you'd rent in any city, except faster. Great customer service with prompt replies. I'm thinking of buying another so I can ride with a family member. Very addictive. I'm so happy I made the purchase! I highly recommend this scooter. You're not going to do better for the money. Also the lights are so cool and the app works great! **Update** I did buy a second scooter! They are so fun I wanted to be able to ride in pairs. Had one small defect (a small crack in a mounting bracket) that was beyond anyone's control and once again customer service was fantastic, responding to my questions and concerns ASAP. I have a lot of confidence in their after-the-sale service. For me that's critical, especially for something fairly expensive like this. Solid product, fast, reasonably priced, fun, and great customer service. That's a recipe for perhaps even a THIRD scooter! If you're on the fence, just buy it. I read other reviews and made sure mine was not beat up right of the box and made sure the brakes weren't all messed up. After that, I took this thing for a quick cruise. I'm 305lbs and 6'5 and this thing was great. Plenty of room in the suspension for a pretty smooth ride. Solid tires are solid tires no matter how many shock absorbers you have. It still took my fat ass about 24 miles an hour on a flat surface. I did only buy it to ride around with the kids and go to the park here and there and standard mode is great and plenty powerful enough for that. We don't have huge hills but it does take me up 30% inclines that are about 40/yards so it's got some power. If you weigh less than me hills won't be an issue, I am not expecting much about hills from any scooter. Battery seems to be okay but I'm sure there are better options. It's perfect for what I wanted out of it but being heavy and using turbo mode it lost a bar pretty quick. I bought it for fun so hopefully this helps someone! ... show more

I did research for about 4 months before I purchased my Circooter Mate. I ordered & took delivery of the scooter sometime in September before my birthday on the 19th. It was my 40th birthday and I bought this for myself. When opening the box I noticed it did not come with in structures and a set of tools that clearly didn't go to this scooter. I was still very happy and it looked great. I used it for about 4 weeks before I had to put it away for fall and winter. Spring came so I made sure it was charged and started to ride it. It was awesome and not only was I having fun but i was also cumuting to work and grocery shopping. That didn't last long. The bolt to my suspension wasn't tightened from the factory and came apart while I was doing about 20 mph. I flew over the handle bars and crashed. I broke the screen on my new S23 Ultra cell phone and broke, bent, and scrapped just about everything on my scooter. I contacted Amazon for a refund and they denied it. I'm so mad and really disappointed. I needed and still need a reliable, fast scooter. I spent a lot of money, more than what they're selling for now on it to have it come apart on me and Thank God no cars were coming the opposite way or I'd be dead. Before my accident convinced 2 other people to buy this exact model and guess what. They had loose bolts holding their suspension together. I bought the correct tools and put lock tight on the bolts and tightened them all. Circooter!!! I'm lucky to be alive. I hope you see this and do something about it. Your QC needs some serious work. I'm out a scooter, money to fix my cell phone screen and the cost of this scooter. I seriously doubt I'll even get an apology or an answer why my bolts and 2 others are lose. My advice at this point is don't buy this brand. ... show more
