I mostly work on the computer and spend time sitting for longer duration everyday. This lumbar support cushion is made of memory foam and fits perfectly well on office chair. It has a elastic strap for holding the cushion firmly on the back rest of the chair. The material is durable enough to hold it's shape. This comes with two built in vibration massage motors, three preprogrammed massage modes, 3 levels of vibration intensity and heat settings. Can take advantage of 30, 60 or 90 minutes of massage. All these selections can be done on the handheld controller. I am finding it very comfortable in my office chair and run it whenever I get time everyday. I always sit with a lumbar cushion behind my back and this is even better, so comfy just as a lumbar cushion but I love that I can also add heat and/or vibration if I'm feeling tight and stiff, this really helps soothe and loosen up my lower back when it's tight It's made of comfy memory foam and the vibrating motors are located in the small of my back where I often have stiffness so it feels really good Works great on my office chair and also on a recliner or on the bed It has 3 modes for vibration and 3 levels of vibration so you can set it to whatever feels good to you. It also has 3 levels of heat, I haven't been able to thoroughly test the heat modes because it's been in the 100s here and the last thing I want is more heat. I did try it though and it heated up quickly and felt really good in the small of my back I've tried a lot of massagers because I get a lot of aches, pain, tightness and stiffness in my back, neck and shoulders, this one is a winner for me. Premium design compared to other brands. The messenger and heated back is a modern take to the stiff, older back massagers i’m familiar with. Con: the cord is not long enough at all and doesn’t come with a DC plug. I use the back pad generally when working at my desk so I don’t always need the message feature. That being the case, the large message balls stick out and cause discomfort when leaning against the back pad. The small pad attached helps a bit by covering the balls to add more cushioning, but I really wish the pad was larger and perhaps a bit thicker. Great product so far 30 days in. ... show more

This massager offers good lumbar support and is made of soft material. I like that it’s compact and easy to move around to different rooms. The heat function is not strong enough but It does have good powerful rollers with 3 directional and speed options.

I really loved this - but it stopped working after one day of use. The massage feature no longer works. Will be returning and don’t recommend. If it continued to work I would say it is great- really helps posture.
