I use it with another foam pillow under it for more height, and initially forced myself to sleep only on my back. After 48 hours the pain was nearly gone. A week later I am pain free and can also sleep on my side with this pillow now. (NEVER sleep on your stomach if you have neck pain). This pillow absolutely saved me from a trip to the doctor and strong pain meds. It looks weird, but it is superior to the neck pillows with the rolls for neck support on the ends. I tried giving this pillow several weeks, but it only seems to continue to make things worse. I’d been dealing with neck pain and hoping this pillow would help make things better. Instead, it has made my neck pain even worse. Would give zero stars if I could and do not recommend. UPDATE - although the product did not work for me, customer service was quick to reach out and issue a refund. I was skeptical at first, but after my first night I am a believer ! This was my first night without waking up with neck pain ! It wasn’t too stiff or too soft. Honestly if your tired of trying conventional pillows, this is worth a try for sure!
