The product out of the package looked great....but the width is a half inch shorter than expected. The description said 72" wide X 60" L. That half inch makes a huge difference when hanging blinds using an inside mount.

The main housing was cracked right out of the box. Then when I open/close the blinds the interior parts click. Piece of junk.

Nice. I'd imagine tall windows being difficult with no cord. You must be able to reach up to the top of the window to open the blinds. Otherwise look for something else. Safe for children though with no cord.
