I ordered 10 of these for a big room and had two of them fail out of the box. To their credit, they instantly sent free replacements for them. One of them, once retracted would not push back up to open. One of them had the closing mechanism disconnected and would not turn to close the blind. I’ve had these blinds up for about three months and never pulled them up or down. I left them in a static condition. A couple of days ago I tried to pull them down and they would not go back up. After looking on the Internet for several remedies, I took them down and found that The cord was undone on one side, and the rest of the cord had completely wrapped up around the mechanism that makes the blinds go up and down. I am not going to give this more than one star because I think a purchase like this should last longer than three months. At the point it is now there is no remedy to fix this. ... show more

When I ordered this blind I expected it to be a flimsy thin blind, like you'd typically get. This blind is wide, thick, and sturdy that looks good quality. No complaints and will replace all other blinds in my house with this.

I knew for the price I paid that I wasn't gonna get exactly perfect. I have faux shades I paid the same price for at ollies that are 100x better quality and faux wood. And they DO NOT block out light. These are just regular blinds I'm afraid :/ just wider. Made of plastic. I bought 5 for $22 each and 75% of the mounts came bent and needed to be reshaped. So not so easy installation... they are like an inch and a half shorter than what they say online too. So I got some gap unfortunately. The cordless actually works pretty ok. But one blind I COULD NOT get to go back. And Ithink that's because it came set up slanted :/ Semi weighted. But an ok value for the money. Overall... get if you need a quick fix to get a deposit back... but not for long term use... these are very basic. Im expecting to replace them in less than a year. ... show more
