This is my 2nd purchase of this pillow - my daughter took the first one. I used to wake up with tension in my neck and shoulders but this pillow has been a game changer! No more shoulder pain in the mornings. It’s just the right amount of soft/firmness, the size is perfect, and I sleep better. It does look kinda weird but I was able to put a standard pillow case on it. I don’t think it’s required though because the cover comes off of this one. Also there was no weird smell.
