Good neck support pillow. I preferred sleeping on the higher side. The low side felt too low unless I was on my back, which I do not sleep that way normally. However, even laying on my back I preferred the higher side. Good support but not too firm that it hurt my ears when laying on my side. These types of pillows take more than a few nights to feel the difference and to like them in my opinion. If you are willing to give it the time, these can help neck and shoulder pain (at least they do for me). Out of the box the cover feels "cool" to the touch, however I did not get any cool feelings overall while sleeping. Not a deterrent for me, just not a bonus. ... show more

I've used this pillow for a few nights now. It comes out of the package, as you might expect, with an odor on it but the odor dissipates quickly. I used it the first night I received it and didn't have any issues with the odor. It comes with the removable memory foam piece installed so the height it is when you get it is the most it will do. When the product description says four adjustable heights, all they mean is that you can use either side of the pillow (low side or high side) with or without the removable memory foam piece. I haven't removed the memory foam because I'd like it to be a little higher, not lower. But I can't imagine how it would make all that much difference. The instructions, as you can see in the photo, are not all that clear. But it's a pillow and there's not really that much to say. It comes at the maximum height and you can remove the 0.8 inch foam pad in the middle if you want it to be lower. Overall, it is a comfortable pillow. It sleeps cool, which I like. I ended up placing my head on the highest point of the pillow on either side and it works well for me. ... show more

This Clemas Cervical Neck Pillow definitely gives you a nice cool feel. It's great that you can use either side, and the height is adjustable by easily removing a piece in the center. The case is washable, but I still put on another pillowcase. The pillow came rolled up in a box - amazing how fast it came into shape once opened! There was a very faint smell from the foam - common with most of the memory foam pillows I've had. I just aired out for a day and it was fine. The pillow is about 23.5" x 14" - just right for me. It's about 4" tall on one side and tapers to about 2"/2.5" on the other - this is with the insert. I sleep between back and side, comfortable either way for me. This pillow was really disappointing. I had hope that the shapes, the angles, and design of the pillow would give me the relief I've been searching for, but it hasn't. In fact it left my neck feeling worse. No matter what I try it doesn't give my neck the support it needs, and I wake up feeling like my neck is strained.     • Love the Concept
I love the idea of this pillow and have been on the lookout for something more ergonomic. However, it just doesn't fit my head and neck how I'd like it to. I've been sleeping on it for six nights and have yet to find an optimal height. The lower side is a tad too low for me and the larger side is either too tall, or my neck is just not long enough for the cervical support, which sticks out under your back a bit on the tall side of the pillow. If it were not as long I feel like my head would more comfortably fit into the center cavity. I may try to trim the cervical piece back some and see if that helps. I do love the shoulder contour for side sleeping. However, once again the cervical support gets in the way unless you turn just right so your shoulder doesn't land on it. I'm not sure why there are no shoulder contours on the lower side of the pillow, but it'd be nice if there were as I turn between my back and sides while sleeping. Both the memory foam and the coolness feel very nice. It was easy to get to the square inner piece to adjust if needed, and easy to close it back into place. It's a very nice pillow. There are just a few things about it that don't quite work for me as is. ... show more
