For quite some time now, I have been having some pretty painful neck issues. I have tried everything. Let me just say this, is my neck pain gone? No, unless I am laying on this pillow. For the first time in my life ( i'm 60 ) I can sleep on my back! I never could before because I would do that "falling thing" in my sleep. It was terrifying for me since it was usually attached to a nightmare, No more! I sleep like a baby on this pillow ( I do have to tuck my hands down ) but I never knew how good sleeping on my back felt. No neck pain regardless if I am on either side. Really like this new pillow. Took a little while getting used to, but the design, with a very specific place to put your head, has really grown on me. And, I'm sleeping better and waking up feeling better. It's obviously well-made, and clean freaks (yes, I'm one...) will love that the pillow sits in a zippered case that's washable. I'm not generally a memory-foam fan, but this is very comfortable, cool to the touch and doesn't heat up. And all for a price point quite a bit lower than other neck pillows.     • Worth it in long run!
When i first got it and tried it i was like no way this is going to work. It's firm and kinda awkward to lay on if your used to the normal standard pillow. I'm a side sleeper so I have to lay on the firm upper part. I slept on it for about a week and I have no more shoulder pain or neck pain. Previously I would wake up everyday and my neck and shoulders would hurt so bad and I'm only 29 so I knew it wasn't really an age thing. Very unique and comfortable pillow. Well made and has no off-gassing odor. Another cool feature is that my sweet head-of-hair hardly seems disrupted in the morning - bed-head days are over. Highly recommend.

I just received my pillow yesterday and used it for the first time lastnight. For me the pillow seem a bit too hard. I have neck, shoulder and head pain so I'm not sure this pillow will be the right one for me. Softness is what helps more with my pain. I purchased this pillow for my wife, two reasons, she suffers from back pain, and she snores! Well, she used it for two days and said it gave her a good night's sleep, I do not recall if there was any snoring. I have a problem which is that I don't like sleeping on my back, as a result I often have discomfort from hot ears and this keeps me awake. This pillow is very firm but cool to touch so I extracted it from my wife's side of the bed and have slept well over the past week so, I guess another pillow is required. This pillow is what I was looking for. Is firm but it adapts to my neck and shoulders. Is great for when I sleep on my side or my back. I have not woken up with any type of neck pain since I bought it. You cannot place you arms underneath if that’s your style, but is not my case. A standard size pillowcase can cover it without problem. Worth the price ... show more
