The media could not be loaded. This was our first Ring purchase. We bought two for front and back doors. I love the picture quality. Yes you do have to pay 10$ monthly for all the perks but it is WELL worth it! You do get a 30 day free trial. We travel quite a bit for work and this gives us peace of mind when we are out. Great for security. Neighborhood features. Worth every penny even refurbished. Installation was easy. A couple of screws and snap in place. The app will let you know if your battery is running low. You pull off (easy) charge over night and back on. It does require wifi. Easy to link. If you aren't tech savvy you may need some help but once set up, easy to maintain. I haven't had any issues with it. I will definitely look into getting more cameras that are refurbished. Picture is great and it holds a charge for quite awhile.
