    • Does not work and return windrow is closed
I finally got it installed and it does not work. It works once in probably 6 or 7 times i hit the button. Very disappointed. Now, the return windrow is closed.

    • Love the camera features. Battery life not very long.
These cameras are GREAT beautiful pictures so many features you could film a move. However the battery life is very short. I had blink door bells powered by 2 AA li ion batteries. They lasted like 5 months at my busiest door. These ring new ones a little over 2 weeks I got extra batteries and a duel charger. I will have to teach everyone house sitters. Grand kids if we go on vacation I made the switch because I had blink doorbells and cameras bit ring security which we love. So I had 2 cloud services both whose charges were going to go up so I had to pick one. ... show more

Response time seemed slow and video is poor unless within 5 feet. After a call and adjustments made by RING SUPPORT everything was much improved. Very satisfied and ready to purchase more RING products.
