    • Push in start knob not stable

I would not recommend this model, as we have to open the door, stick your hand inside of the frame and hold the back of where the knob meets the valve in order for it to catch and start. Not sure how we are going to have to geri rig it to stabilize the knob - but my husband is getting tired of burning his face to start! ... show more

When my first fire table was delivered it was damaged. I contacted customer service and they took care of it right away. Since the the replacement arrived it was undamaged and my brother law and I assembled it within 30 minutes. Assembly was quick. The table looks very nice. We did not use the lava rock and opted for an upgrade and purchased 3 bags of fire glass. It looks far better with the fire glass. Finally we purchased the wind screen to finish the look out. This product came damaged. It has a small dent in the top and two areas where the paint is scratched. It was easy to put together but the assembly design makes it seem not as sturdy as it could be. It is pretty and the height is perfect. The lava rocks, I won't use... personal preference.

This table is a great addition to our patio furniture set. Table came packaged nicely so no shipping damage. The only reason I gave it a four star rating is that every time you run the fire it is discoloring the painted gray table top. Other than that great piece of furniture.
