I ordered for 400 tablets and got them with an expiry of 02/2024. The dosage indicated is 1 tablet after food meaning they must last 400 days. This is expiring in less than 200 days.

    • For those experiencing side effects-it could be the iron.
The pills are large in size. Since these are recommended by some sites for people who have had wls, I should tell you it is not an easy pill to swallow for someone who has had gs. Also, because of the higher dosage of iron, you may feel nauseous, stomach cramping, diarrhea, and/or vomiting. When I first received these, I crushed my pill and took it with juice on an empty stomach. Near immediately I vomited. The next morning I decided to cut the pill in half (not crushed) and again take it on empty stomach with juice. Perfect. I took the next half a few hours later. My husband tried this multivitamin as well and experienced severe stomach cramping as well as other side effects. He is doing well today after cutting the pill in half. ... show more
