So I went to physical therapy for hip pain. It made my pain worse. My physical therapist wasn't listening to me when I would tell him the exercises he was making me do were making my condition worse. I canceled the rest of my physical therapy appointments and stopped going to the gym. The pain was so severe that I couldn't walk and was limping around. After a lot of research I came to the conclusion it's hip bursitis, proximal hamstring tendonopathy so I began icing it and took cat's claw. Within 3 weeks I noticed that the pain and inflammation had calmed down. I could walk without crying. My orthopedic confirmed my diagnosis. He sent me to physical therapy but we're going about it a bit differently. Pain isn't completely gone but had been dramatically reduced since I began taking Cat's claw. I tried a different brand when I ran out one day but it didn't work as well as this one. I hate the scent urine has funky scent in morning. I am experimenting with this to relieve my lower back pain. Tylenol or Motrin works but I'd rather go more natural. Cats Claw does work thus far.

The Cat's Claw is used along with coconut pulling. I noticed the difference in 4 days. It has taken 10 days for the inflamation to disappaite!

Someone said prepare to detox with this. Listen they werent joking . Im up all night with explosive diarreah cramps runny nose as in running off my face . Praying I feel better and can sleep soon.
