I thought I was purchasing a 300 pound capacity treadmill with a 3.5 HP motor. The write up had conflicting information in the product information. When I received the treadmill, it was in a big box. There were NO instructions other than an arrow indicating how you were to get in the box. No where was it indicated that you were to save the box to return the treadmill if there were problems. I am 72 years old. I fought with this box with a 73 year old friend. We got it open and finally found the user's manual. I received the WRONG machine. Also one page three item 27 in light print, there is one sentence about saving the packing. How was I to know this until I opened the package. Nothing of the outside. The description stated there was to be an electric incline. NOT. It looks good, if I can just get the screws into the right holes. No am at a loss as to what I need to do next. My husband and I are very tall and medium build people and this treadmill isn't great for running for us, but it's great for walking. We won't ever "fold" it. It doesn't really fold effectively. I had my husband and his bros put it together and there wasn't a whole lot of swearing so that's a good sign. It's a good starter treadmill to make sure we actually use it before upgrading in a few years. ... show more

I bought this a few weeks ago for at family use and its been great so far. It was fairly easy to assemble and all the functions like speed and programs are very clear cut and easy to use.
