We ABSOLUTELY love them! My husband had huge back surgery at the beginning of summer & They have been a game changer as far as us getting outside, going places, and enjoying ourselves. Our 3yr old grandson enjoys going on “motorcycle bicycle” rides with us. He can easily stand on it in front of me as I wrap my legs around him. He powers it while I manage steering and brakes. He’s already an expert at it! There is plenty of power and the battery life is excellent! I like that there are three different gears so if my grandson is with me & “driving” I can put it in the lower one. Also, the middle gear helps save battery life and you still can go pretty fast. Everything is true to the specs given, as far as how far you can ride and how fast they go… we’ve had no issues! I did have to get slime inner tubes for the tires. I only had flat but we weren’t taking anymore chances. They are pretty fun little scooters!!! ... show more

defective product. the front wheel broke within the first 30 days. I was told by asurion and amazon that I would recieve a refund. however the seller did not agree and wanted to send parts to replace my front wheele. the seller also sent a teturn label that they knew would not be accepted at the UPS store. This is sucha scam and amazon contiues to close my claim without a resolution ... show more

This basket is absolute garbage...they used three different grades of velcro...one decent and the other two are trash and don't hold...what an insult to this scooter....It couldn't even hold five 12oz sodas without caving in completely...I tried to contact this company about a basket for the rear and they never responded...the brakes needed adjustment and the kickstand was missing a washer...both fenders were dirty...I question this outfits dedication to quality control and customer service... ... show more

Of course it has this pros and cons. the pros are obviously I can't believe this type of scooter is for only 400$ but it's everything I needed. I was worried about it being a little short or not long enough but I was total wrong! it's definitely a good size scooter. And it also is able to fold up and fit inside of a midsize car if you take the front tire off and fold the handlebars down. Only downside is the seller didn't really have replacement parts they only gave me info on fixing it myself. You may get two and a half hours out of it depending on the weather anf hills because if it gets too hot it runs out of power (remember its a 500watt not 800watt) Also the brakes squeak and be be mindful of tightening ALLLLLL the screws before each ride. ITS NOT PERFECT but for the most part it's definitely a must buy. ... show more
