This is the first time buying one of these carbon inserts, so far they are working great in my rocker bottom sneakers. I wear a (US) women's size 9, and the size 9-9.5 seems to fit well. There is a slight gap at the heel, but it is within the range of 1/4-1/2 inches recommended by the seller - they don't slide. When sizing, I measured the length of the insole, then converted it to mm to get a better visual. Pros: Seems durable. There is some flex in the center due to the contouring in my sneaker. It doesn't bother me - in fact the extra springiness feels good on my arches! There is no flexion where it counts, under my big toe! Instant pain relief for a great price! Cons: The flex makes my shoes squeak. In a noisy environment it isn't very noticeable. A shoe with a roomier toe box might mitigate this. Overall, I recommend and would buy again! ... show more

Anti flex insole for sneakers. They don't take up huge volume, add noticeable stiffness and support. This product helped me hurt less by stiffening up my shoe. I think it does a good job, Me about 180#, athletic active.

Bought them to go in Brooks walking shoes under Spenco insoles. Doctor recommended carbon fiber inserts like these. I put them in and tried to slowly adjust to them by wearing them around the house. But it was quickly clear that these were creating more pain. Not the goal. They are also poor quality. I used the in my Kizik active shoes. The sole is too flexible for my big toe. These inserts allow me to wear the shoes comfortably. The inserts are very thin and does not make them fit any tighter

Easy to use just slip out the insoles that came with shoe and slip these in. Good quality . They work I put in most work tennis shoes and helps keep my feet from hurting after eight hours.
