The instruction manual was very clear, and the installation was quick and easy with two people working together. Bought this for family barbecue party and the grilling area is spacious. It is not hard to assemble with two persons; and the instructions are clear. I love that it has a rack to put the ready-to-eat food. Cutting board is just next to the grill, very convenient. And instead of sautéing vegetables on the other side, I have utilized it to make soufflé as the dessert. My family love it so much! And the heat level can be seen on the thermo while closing the cover. It has a lot of details that makes the grilling experiences more convenient. The weight is heavy, but it is easy to roll to different locations. Love the quality and definitely highly recommended!

Bought this 2 in 1 charcoal and gas BBQ Grill for family party. I set it up and assembled it the same day. It took me about 30 mins to install the whole thing. It came with a clear installation manual with picture and numbers, which make the installation so easy. After setting it up, I used the charcoal side to cook steak, and use the gas side to cook corns and other stuff. And the very right hand side has a burner, and I put a pan on top of the burner to cook lobster. This grill is stainless steel, it looks beautiful and shinny, and after using it, it is easy to clean. I like the temperature gauges on both cover, so I can check the temperature all the time, and make sure it's not overcooked. Both doors have magnets, and when I open it and close them, the magnets holds the door good. This is grill makes BBQ so easy and convenient.

The grill is wonderful - very well-packaged and arrived with no damage. The assembly instructions were lacking - the pictures showing the various steps were drawn differently from one step to the next, plus the view would change from the front to the back without any indication - you have to study the pictures to be sure which direction the grill is shown from. Assembly was a huge task. Once assembled, it's lovely. The burners lit easily - hard to tell because there is no large flame, but they came on when ignited. We'll be grilling on it shortly.
