Very disappointed so far with quality. Screws strip out, not an easy assembly and my bottom tray was bent up after unpacking. Still putting together so well see. If i had not put so much into putting this together already, i would return it. The reason i give 2 stars and not 1 is for the griddle and grates are heavy duty and good quality. Update: the decorative stripping is popping off grill covers. And after 5 uses one of the automatic igniters stopped working. The heat from the griddle broke the cutting board insert. Not to difficult to put together but the steel is very thin and bends. Bushings would be necessary to help with the bending and structural strength. I feel this grill will not last very long as it will rust out pretty quickly. But it does work well although I haven’t used the charcoal side yet. Happy grilling ... show more

I just couldn’t bring myself to spending $700-$1000 for a new Weber grill or the like, they simply priced me out of the market, I looked at Amazon and found this Captiva grill. The first thing that struck me was how precisely it was packaged. Then I took all the parts out and started assembling with the easy instructions and the numbered parts! It was awesome. Then the second thing that struck me was the quality of the components and especially the four cast wheels! Wow. Sturdy and substantial. After assembly I fired her up and viola!! Perfect steaks and chicken every time since. Be alerted that the max temp only gets to approx 500 degrees but other than that this gets 5 stars for value and quality! ... show more
