This is a great grill. Heats up very fast with even heat distribution. They are serious when they say you should have a buddy help you assemble it. I am a mechanic and it took me a little over 2 hours to assemble by myself and it is heavy. One tip, the hose, side burner control and ignitor are zip tied underneath the bottom of the main cooking housing (Below the burners, under the controls). I like one other customer who left a review stating his was damaged at delivery, mine was also. I do not believe all of the damage was from shipping as some parts were not near the edges or the part of the box that was damaged. I also think they lack enough protection in the packaging. My grill like comments by others heated more in the front versus the rear portion of the same burners. I could not get my grill to go over 200 degrees on the 2nd time I used it. It does take a couple hours to build using a manual screw driver and wrenches. I was going to accept the damaged areas as they offered money back as I already had vested time in it. However when the grill failed to cook on the 2nd time being used I had enough. Amazon send me return labels to send back, however I had already thrown away the original box and finding 2 new boxes as you cannot get one box to fit it has cost me 3 $35. So now I have the lost time putting it together and now dis-assembling it along with the cost of the new boxes to send it back cause's me to write this review. Great value for the money. The burners burn hot (well, as hot as you can get with propane anyway), the grill grates are heavy-duty, and I love the finish! I bought this grill and it was easy to assemble, just that I took my time to understand the instructions, about 2 1/2 hours. Works great and I also bought a very good cover made out of canvas to protect it. I really love cooking on it. Has two grilling grates and 5 burners, plus the rotisserie burner. Haven’t tried that yet, but I’m sure it will also be great! ... show more

So first putting it together was interesting the base is very thin feeling and the bottom was all scratched up like someone too a screw driver to it! Feel like this one was returned or something. So the instructions were missing info the ignition switch and wiring are under the grill already but when you go to put in the ignition switch or even before they don’t provide that info. Then once all assembled we go to light it up and the ignition switch doesn’t even work. So now we have to wait for them to send a new one. I hope it’s easy to replace. ... show more

The only thing I don't like is you must use the igniter for each burner. Everybody knows that they break after the first season and you have to use a long match from then on. Maybe it won't be a problem. Good size cooking surface. To begin with very unhappy being this is not a cheap grill. We purchased this grill 3 months ago less the. A week later we purchased the cover for the Grill to avoid issues. This grill look like it's been out in the elements 24/7. The left and right sides have faded already and now the igniter doesn't work Tried contacting the manufacturer via leaving a voice message and no reply yet. ... show more
