Very easy and detailed installation, with compartments and numbers and letters for each piece/screw needed on each step. It takes some time to assemble, 6h on my case, but it will last for ages if you do it properly. Seems very sturdy and durable. Rotisserie is a great feature!

I love it it works great. Everybody complained about how hard it was to assemble and all the damage they had when it arrived and missing parts. Well let me tell you it was really easy to assemble all the parts were there and as far as damage goes when I saw the box it came in I was thinking here we go I’m going to have to send it back because it’s damaged so bad but when I took everything out if the box I had 1 little dent which I straightened out in 2 mins. So now I’m thinking those horror stories everyone tells is BS the truth is easy to assemble all parts were there and very little damage. I love my new grill ... show more

This grill replaces my old Charbroil (about 10 years old) which experienced multiple rust throughs in the firebox, after having had the burners and deflectors replaced twice. We bought this because it has the back burner for the rotisserie, which I really like, and you can't find any longer except on this unit, and ones costing twice as much. So, The good: The finish was good, and despite other reviews indicating shipping damage, we did not experience that. It went together in under the time described by other customers, and went together fairly easily, more about that later. The grills are SOLID and produce a good sear, the system heats up fairly quickly, and cleanup doesn't look too hard. The bad: I was missing three of the "A" screws in the kit, didn't want to deal with contacting CHINA to get three screws, so I had to go down to the local farm store for metric stainless bolts. slightly annoying but no big thing, cost about $5.00 for the bolts. It would have been nice if the manufacturer's instructions for assembly would have pointed out that the lines, valve, and sparker for the side burner were stuffed up inside the main unit where the rest of the valves are. The instructions do NOT tell you to remove those from the main body before bolting it down to the chassis. Untuck them before you lift the main unit and put it on the chassis, it will make your life a lot easier! The grill over the side burner should be bigger by about three inches. I was making "Cowboy Candy" on it, which involves boiling a lot of vinegar, sugar, and Jalapenos. NOT something you want to do in the house! My big pot does not fit on the burner squarely, it ends up canted because the base is bigger than the cooking surface of the side grill. Even one inch more would have helped. The ugly: The cart system seems a bit flimsier than my old Charbroil. It's solid right now, and I may be borrowing trouble, but I wish the back were fully enclosed, instead of the round stock brace holding the louvered back in place, (see picture 3) Now all of that said, a few caveats. Considering assembly, my wife and I are professionals (she's an engineer at a naval shipyard, and I'm a retired Electrical manager at the same yard.) so we're used to putting things together and taking them apart, and we have power tools, YMMV. I seem to have listed more cons than pros, this was not to say that it's a bad grill. I would buy it again, based on the limited time I've had it (this was written a week and a half after arrival and I've only cooked on it four times.) For a novice, it was challenging to put together. I think the video provided and YouTube videos, not always be specific enough. However the grill is high quality and beautiful enamel finish. You can't find this nice a grill in stores where they sell grills at this price. Love this grill, would recommend as great choice in style, quality and features!!!! ... show more

Completely rusted out under my covered patio on year 3. Spend your money elsewhere this is not stainless steel. Rust started on year 1 by year 3 it completely broke apart. Other grills in this price point have had lasted 3x as long.

I was a tad skeptical of the price point for this grill, but I absolutely love it. I especially like that the side burner is on the left side because the wall of my house is on the right side.

Rating 3 stars because it seems heavy and sturdy but it has weak pieces to consider. Writing the review after 6 months of at least bi-mothly usage. I put the chicken with neck photo to so you can laugh with me. Pros 1.- Good Looking, color is beautiful and seems big enough. 2.- Rotisserie and back-burner is a great add-on for a $500 grill 3.- easy to clean / yes I clean it once it is cold after each use. 4.- Crates are heavy and looks perfect after 6 months. 5.- Searing burner works as expected, very good for the price. Cons 1.- Electric starter doesn't work as expected.. I usually require external help 2.- Although the lid is well balanced and easy to move it has two small pieces supporting the piece when it is opened. Those broke the first month of use. It still works but now is metal/metal resting there. 3.- I received mine with a bend on the front frame I was able to manage and try to fix, but it makes one door to not close evenly. Although the packaging was very good from my perspective. 4.- Took me about 3 hours to build and I consider myself a handyman. 5.- Inside the body the paint started to peel already (next to sear burner) and the bottom tray (grease tray) is already getting rusty. I didn't expect that. 6.- from the heat perspective, it is not even. It is hotter at the middle next to you at the middle burner, and the coldest area would be at the bottom of the grill. I learned to play with this but I'd desired a better heat distribution. Its on the budget, I was expecting more of the BBQ based on the reviews and the product description.
