I didn’t like the delivery services. The delivery associates were very unprofessional, and inexperienced. I took an assembly service at the time of delivery but the associates didn’t assemble the product right. Today I was excited to use my grill for the first time at the day of July 4th after it has been assembled but the grill was not working and it doesn’t turn on. Also, the assembly associates didn’t assemble the product correctly, all the connections are very loose.     • Worst product I have ever purchased
The product was absolutely ridiculous to assemble, took 4.5 hours and I'm not new to assembling a grill. The finished product while it looks nice turned out to be a dangerous fire hazard for me. The heat shields are to small for the flames at the lowest flame setting, I had fires every time I tried to cook something. Some of the flames were so large and out of control I singed hair off my arms. I purchased 4 inch heat shields but they did not help. the only way I was able to cook was to only light half of the burners and cook the meat on the side the burners were off, this took way to long.     • Two months. Two igniters and now it won’t get over 225 degrees
This grill looks nice but so far I’ve had it for two months and had to replace the igniter once and now it doesn’t work (again) the bigger issue is that the fourth time I went to use it it will not get above 225 degrees even after replacing the propane tank with a new on. Do not buy this or like me you’ll be looking for a grill two months later ... show more

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. I haven't even used this grill yet, I'm calming down after realizing instant buyers remorse. The first two pictures show slapped on paint with no regard for where the intended lines were, the second, a patch that paint was chipped or unfinished, and there weren't even any paint chips in the box. That's minor compared to the fact that the lid is uneven because whoever pre assembled the pieces that you later put together forgot to put a pad on one of the two sides (pictures 3 and 4). This makes the entire closed top uneven. Spend your money elsewhere at a company that quality checks their work before it ships. I also have two unpublished pictures of shoe prints inside the lid, not sure how or why anyone would walk there, but hey here we are.     • I absolutely HATE this grill
I've grilled a lot over the past 40 years and have to say that this is the worse grill that I've ever had. First of all, the drip guards are about 1/2 inch below the grills. Next is the fact that I can see flame on the lowest setting when looking down past the drip guards. Basically, the drips from the meat hit the flame. The flame travels up the drip guard and burns the meat. This has happened every time that I've used it over the past year that I've owned this grill. I tried working with the customer support last summer when I got the grill, but they were no help. ... show more

    • Cheap and flimsy.
First off, the FREE assembly, was a joke. Scheduled almost two weeks out between 11-2. Guy messages me well after 1pm and literally just tells me "I'll be there at 3:30". Doesn't apologize and or ask if anyone will be there. I responded that nobody will be there we sat there all afternoon waiting, had things to do, I'll reschedule. Guy shows up at 4:30 anyways as we're heading out again for dinner and looks at me like I'm an alien for telling him to read his messages and go away. I decided to just do it myself and what a joy. Half the parts were bend up or missing the threaded inserts so it could bolt together. I had to buy nuts and bolts to assemble the thing. They couldn't have cost reduced this thing another penny. Thinnest gage metal you can deform with your fingertips. Doors are warped, just cheap junk that won't last a year maybe two. If i wouldn't have completely destroyed the box getting it out and unpacked the whole thing i would have returned it. Beware! ... show more

so second summer. ignitor stopped working about a month in. now on second summer. only 2 of the six gas valves operate. the others won't turn at all anymore. great disposable grill for 400 plus dollars

The grill is really nice but many parts had scratches and one part was damaged I had to have the parts repaired because the grill is a Christmas Pesent
