I really like this thing and I use it once or twice a week. Stir Fry has become a regular around here. Probably the best for making Fajitas. I cook them on the griddle side then sear them a bit over the flame. Everyone things I am chef grade but this makes it easy for a lot of different things. Best Compliment, my sons recently moved to the coast. I went to visit and took one of them to a nice Mexican restaurant (the other can't stop fishing). After we ate I asked the usual, "How did you like your fajitas" and he said "Good, but not nearly as good as yours". My husband loved his new grill! Beautiful once it was built. Although shipping was extremely rude and they had ruined the package so they had it all taped up and threw my package mid driveway which isn’t the fault of the product but ups. Thankfully it was not damaged inside and everything was included and it worked like a charm🌸 we made some smash burgers with it and man it was good🖤 my husband truly was super happy with this so I would say it was a good purchase 🌸😁 ... show more

Here are my thoughts on this product: Pros: -Very versatile, combination grill and griddle -Solid construction with good parts -'Portable' (see below) -Easy to clean -Reasonable price Cons: -Yes, it is portable, but heavy and bulky -Not as sturdy as a typical grill -The grill side does not cook as hot as a grill with a cover Summary: This grill is very slick. You can fold it up and take it with you camping. NOTE: It is heavy and bulky, especially with the side shelves. I still use it camping. The grill side doesn't have a cover, so it doesn't cook as fast, but it is plenty hot. As mentioned in other reviews, you can use those stainless bowls to cover and cook quicker. Delivered early, in time for the holidays. Assembly took me, by myself about 2 hours. Easiest grill I ever put together. Everything was clearly marked and only required a screwdriver. Pros: It has a small grill and a small griddle. If you have an apartment with a balcony, maybe this will fit your needs. It still takes up a lot of room since the side trays don’t fold. Cons: It doesn’t get very hot and is pretty much useless when it’s windy. With no lid the grill never gets hot enough to sear a steak. The griddle portion is ok, but way to small to cook for a family of 4 on a regular basis. The side trays are too small and the majority of the tray is close enough to the heat to melt plastic. If I’m using both the grill and the griddle, I need to use a folding table as well. Overall, this does grill and griddle for not a lot of money. I wouldn’t recommend it unless budget is your primary concern and you want both. ... show more
