I really like this thing and I use it once or twice a week. Stir Fry has become a regular around here. Probably the best for making Fajitas. I cook them on the griddle side then sear them a bit over the flame. Everyone things I am chef grade but this makes it easy for a lot of different things. Best Compliment, my sons recently moved to the coast. I went to visit and took one of them to a nice Mexican restaurant (the other can't stop fishing). After we ate I asked the usual, "How did you like your fajitas" and he said "Good, but not nearly as good as yours". My husband loved his new grill! Beautiful once it was built. Although shipping was extremely rude and they had ruined the package so they had it all taped up and threw my package mid driveway which isn’t the fault of the product but ups. Thankfully it was not damaged inside and everything was included and it worked like a charm🌸 we made some smash burgers with it and man it was good🖤 my husband truly was super happy with this so I would say it was a good purchase 🌸😁 ... show more

Assembly was easy. I’m not the handiest guy, but I was able to put it together in about an hour. I only needed help flipping it over. All you need is a screw driver. It’s very large, so maybe not the best grill if you don’t have much space. I’ve only cooked on it a few times, and didn’t notice and hot spots; the heat is very even. I seasoned both the flat top and grates and clean up has been easy. I may add another star after using it more. ... show more

I like the versatility of this multi purpose grill. Plenty of cook top whether grilling or griddling. Post use reveals the grease collection for the griddle is seriously poor. It is located at the opposite end of the unit and the grease collects in the middle of the unit (Very Messy Cleanup). Another disadvantage is not having a disposable liner for the grease cup. The available grill cover will not last more than a month or two before it becomes brittle and cracks. ... show more
