This grill is great for large parties or all day events. Can hod 8-10 racks of ribs or a rediculous amount of hot dogs and hamburgers. Easy to clean. Fairly sturd and robust. The only criticism i have is that the regulator hose attachnent locations is right by the edge of the drip pan so it the pan catches fire the hose can get damaged. I cooked about 200 racks of ribs durring a breezy day and this happened to me. The hose needed to be replaced. To fix this i put fire insulation around the hose connector but a redesign of the area would be wise. Still not a deal breaker for me. Love the price and the grill. ... show more

Our organization partakes in a Folk Festival each year which attracks well over 100,000 attendees. For 10 years we rented grills at a cost of about $300 per year. We should have purchased this grill years ago for it just about paid for itself in one year. The heat is great and once you learn the traite of the cooking areas, your meat will cook very well. It is easy to clean with the removeable trays and deflectors. We grilled 400 lbs of meat in 2 days at the folk fest and the crew loved it. This deserves less than 1 star. Grill arrived and the box wasn't damaged. Spent 2 hours assembling, only to discover the main grill portion was bent. 2 welds were broken that hold the removable debris trays. Amazon customer service was awesome to work with. Not Amazon's fault at all, but my only option was to disassemble (yeah not happening) and return in in the packaging and they would exchange/refund my money. This was the manufacturer's fault as the damage appeared to have been done at the factory. Again, no damage to the box. All in all, the metal was flimsy and very poorly made. I don't expect this to last more than 1 or 2 years. Don't waste your money or time with this product. I'll never purchase another Royal Gourmet product again. ... show more

I bought this as a return. There was damage to the Grill and missing parts. The grill itself is very nice little bit of cosmetic damage. Also the regulator was not working at all one of them I was able to straighten out the kinks in it I did get somewhat of credit back but beware of so-called Well used you take a chance Since I am able to get it to work, but you have to put effort to fix things like that, it was dense table as well as the shelves inside ... show more

Seems to be a solid product. Easy set up and to put together. The box came pretty beat up. Inside several parts were bent and missing paint from moving around in the box. Pictures show some of the damage. I had to get creative to fix several parts.
