Used this to clean my RV water heater and it worked well. also used it as a hose end valve when filling my fresh water tank to minimize splashing and waste. The device is all plastic and my past experience with these is they wear out or break in a few years.

It works on the "normal" water facet type drain but will NOT work on the smaller drains that have the screw driver that opens and close's them. The bend won't make it through, at least on the one I have.

    • Poor Quality
I was rinsing out my hot water heater and the long plastic end of the Rinser shot off into my hot water heater!! I have no idea how to get it out or how it may affect the hot water heater. Very poorly made.
