    • Side support brace rod BREAKS easily!! Cambivo;s Customer service is attentive

The plastic side support insert brace bars break at the knee pivot point within 6 to 8 weeks of use. The insert support bar is defective in its design and uses the wrong plastic that will wear down and break after minimal use. The straight one piece shaft should be redesigned as a two piece part with a rotatable pivot hinge at the knee bend area. The redesign should also be much wider ( @ 1") for better support. Unfortunately, the breaks occurred after the time i could return the defective brace. So I'm stuck. But the fabric part of the brace seems to be done OK.. The Fabric portion is done very well. UPDATE !! I have to commend Cambivo's customer service attentiveness to customer satisfaction, to back the brands quality and warranty assurance. SC contacted me with professionalism and offered either a refund or replacement. It's good to see the company back up their product warranty by reaching out to the customer.. ... show more
