  • Good potential but flawed
The popping noise when switching either effect on is much too loud for me to use this as a functioning pedal. The pedal does not make the popping noise when switching off so maybe it will fit your needs. If you can get this to function in your setup, such as with a A/B pedal , you'll like the sound for the price. I agree with another reviewer's comment, "It has a beautiful chorus and crisp delay. I did return mine. It didn't quite meet my needs..." ... show more

  • Gets the job done but…
Good chorus and delay combo, get the job done, using it on my acoustic rig, adds color, tone, and fullness to my sound. However, for it’s size and price, it should have a battery compartment as an option for battery power instead of 9v adapter. Also there’s a clicking popping noise when I engage each effect. ... show more

  • This dual pedal was the PERFICT FIT on my acoustic board !
I needed to find a good Chorus pedal for my acoustic guitar pedalboard. The Caline Devilfish was the end of my search. The fact that it acts a dual pedal with Delay was an added bonus. I was wanting to move away from the preset effects in my acoustic amp and get more of that analog sound. The Chorus and Delay can be adjusted separately as well as used in unison - it's totally my call. I'm no longer stuck with built in effects. My acoustic pedal board is now complete ! ... show more

  • Good for the price...
It's okay. the pedal does make a popping noise when switched on (as mentioned in other reviews). Delay has a pretty limited range but for the price and for home or practice it's a great pedal. It has a beautiful chorus and crisp delay. I did return mine. It didn't quite meet my needs on a stereo board, and for the reasons listed above. ... show more

  • Sounds good. Only negative is the delay foot switch makes a "PoP" when pressed on.
Both the delay and chorus sound good. The only negative is the delay foot switch makes a popping noise when pressed on.

  • You get what you pay for.
This was my first and probably my last Caline fx pedal purchase. The chorus is usable but the delay is so lo fi that it is virtually unusable. Well at least for my needs and my ears. Spend a little more and by anything else as in my opinion, this pedal is a toy.
