This chair was easy to put together. I did it in about 30 min on my own. As for it's comfort, I've had quite a few office chairs, I've worked from home for years, and this one is the chair I've always been looking for. It is supportive and soft. The arms lift and it has a decent range of height. All in all I couldn't be happier with this purchase. That said I can see that my view of the comfort is perhaps bias as the built in lumbar support is perfect for me, but if lumbar support is an issue, it isn't adjustable. So I know it won't be the perfect chair for everyone but if you need a comfy chair with a medium level lumbar support for a reasonable price, than this is perfect. My back has gotten worse, so I needed a supportive chair for my home office, and this one is perfect! Easy assembly, my daughter put it together. Nice size and so comfortable! The back does feel a bit forward angled, but is fine once I’m sitting for a while. Great for the price!

When the chair arrived, a piece was missing, but the company contacted the manufacturer and had the piece shipped to me. Although the back is very upright, the chair is comfortable for desk work. I needed a new chair and really tried to read a lot of reviews. This one seemed to have a lot of good ones and very few bad ones. The base of the chair is too long. It is uncomfortable under the knees and hits the backs of my lower legs. I am 6 foot tall. Maybe if you are 6'5" it works. It is relatively cushy, which is nice. But my chair feels tilted to one side and and one of the cushions on back is in my left shoulder, but I don't feel that on the right side. The arms are also very wide - I am 250 lbs. If you are like 350 maybe this is good, but way too wide. It wasn't too hard to put together - maybe 20 minutes. But I just don't find it comfortable. It also seems a bit cheaply made. This is the last time I order a desk chair online. If there was an easy way to return it I would - but it is all assembled and the boxes are all broken down, so not easy way to do so at all. ... show more
