This honeycomb bed arrived very well packaged with protective corners on the product which was in custom fitted foam inside a custom size cardboard box. Even with all that care and packaging, the bed needed a slight bit of tweaking to lay perfectly flat, but it took me about 10 seconds to sole that small issue. (Just lay the bed on a surface you know is perfectly flat and ever-so-slightly tweak it by pushing down or up on two opposite corners.) This also came with a sheet of aluminum the same size as the honeycomb. Great for protecting a work surface. I thought this would fit into my Ortur LM2 enclosure - but it's just slightly too big with taking the whole thing apart (which I might wind up doing anyway). Pretty sure it would work with an Ortur that is not in an enclosure. Then, I tried it on my old K40 clunker and it would probably fit if I made a hole in the side to slide this monster into the enclosure. But not all was lost! It fit perfectly on the bed of my Inventables CNC, which I recently fitted with a laser head! It's a quality product and would definitely work great with an upsized Ortur that uses the rail extension kits. ... show more
