I wanted to return it but I already threw out the box and put a 5 gal jug on top, so maybe I’ll just switch the cold feature off. Why didn't I get this sooner! Save on water bottles, get fresh cold water and feel like a rich office person who works from home! Install was easy. Take off all the tape, wipe up any dust, place in the water bottle upside down and then turn on the switches on the left side (hot and cold). Now, I just need to figure out how to NOT spill a third of the water with this top loading dispenser! Saved some money than the bottom loading ones so that ain't bad too. ... show more

The water cooler was shipped without the bottom of the box taped to the rest of the box. My UPS driver gave me a heads-up when I went to bring it into the house. Coincidentally (?) when I put a water bottle on it, it leaked all over my floor from the bottom drain. My son had to stop up the drain in order to get it to stop leaking. Now I don't have a drain on the cooler. The other thing is that there is NO nightlight as stated in the description. I would return it but I don't want the hassle of finding a box and there's water in it now. There should have been more care taken in shipping the unit and if there isn't a nightlight, don't say there is. There's also a problem with the room temperature button sticking. When you lift your finger, it keeps going and you have to press it again to get it to stop. There are better options out there, so I would not recommend this cooler. ... show more
