So todays the second day I used this hoop and after doing some research by reading comments here and on social media of similar products, I came to the conclusion there are some things you can do to make it work a little better. I took one extra link out more than I did yesterday. It was a little uncomfortable, but because it was so solidly around me, it didn’t bend and create places the wheels would catch as it went around. I read somewhere about putting one foot in front of the other and moving slower than you think you should, and I will agree with both of those things too. So make it a little too tight, make the rope as short as it will go (at least to start until you get the hang of it), and do the hip movements slower than you think you should. It definitely takes lots of practice but I do feel like I’m getting better with it. Lol my husband says I look like a video game character as you’re choosing your player. I like the product the first time I started using this. It was kind of difficult for me because I don’t know how to really start but the more you use it the more you start getting the habit of it so I totally recommend it a good way for a workout.

This product was easy to assemble and came very quickly. I got it to try to get my belly in shape after having my son. I’ve tried everything else and figured why not. I thought it was going to be super easy but I was mistaken!! It was a lot harder to keep the ball in motion than I thought. I did one round of 30 minutes and I am exhausted! My legs and abs are tired and I definitely worked up a good sweat. I’m hoping if I do this 5 days a week I can get my mommy pouch to disappear 🤞🏻Hope this review helps others ... show more

3 pieces broke very easily as soon as I pulled it out of the package and tried to adjust to my size. Fortunately i have extras so I am still able to use this. Also, be sure wear more than a sports bra as it pinched my skin as I used it and I had marks/small nicks in two rows around my body.
