We (wife and me) were unsure of these different treadmill "brands" that were available. We looked at a ton of them. We knew about the familiar brands but didn't want to spend that kind of money. We read a ton of reviews. Hopefully this review will help. This treadmill has been worth every penny so far. It was really easy to put together. It's not ridiculously heavy like our old one. It's very easy to move. It's really quiet and has many preprogrammed workouts. It holds our big phones easily and has 3 places to put water, or whatever else. It folds up really easy. We are extremely happy with this treadmill. The only "negative" would be that the highest incline isn't very high. It's still decent, but wish it would go a little higher. The blue tooth option is great for listening to your favorite music. Have not delved into the other features of programming. I've had this treadmill for about a month now. I wanted to wait a bit before writing a review and see how it went. I'm happy to say that the treadmill has performed flawlessly. The machine was received earlier then expected and even though there were a few gouges in the box it was packed well and undamaged. The box is heavy, weighing over 100 pounds but since I wanted to keep it in the garage anyway it was not a problem. Some light assembly is required but it went together without any problem. I should note that both my wife and I are older folks and use this treadmill for walking. We live in a climate that gets a lot of rain and is cold in the winter so we both wanted a handy way to exercise and not worry about the weather. This machine fills the bill. Others have stated that the deck is short and I suspect that a tall person running on this treadmill might have a problem but it is not a problem for our needs. The controls are easy to use. It has speed and incline buttons on both handles so you can easily adjust the speed and incline as you walk. It also has 12 preset programs which I haven't used yet as I still am in the beginning stages of a walking program. Unfortunately these programs are not explained in the instruction manual but there is a small diagram next to each program which gives you the idea of the speed and incline that each program delivers. Received the treadmill on 4/10/24 and the although the box had a couple of rips and dings, it was in great condition. The box is reinforced with plywood which helps with protection. Assembly was quite easy, except I didn't realize you need a drill to install the end caps. I love the slow hydraulic release from the folded position. The preset programs are awesome if you want a specific workout and the manual provides the speed/incline intervals for each program which is nice so that you can pick the one best suited for you. The incline may not seem like much at first, but after doing 10 to 15 minutes, you definitely feel the burn. Increased incline and speed will give you a nice work out even at half of the machine's capability. I do like that you are able to adjust the incline and speed manual on the handles at any time, even during the preset program, although if adjusting during a program, the machine will auto adjust back to the preset mode at the next program interval. I've notice that it takes sometime to capture your heart rate and it seems to capture quicker if the palms are more loosely gripped and flat over the sensors as opposed to firmly gripping. I like that it comes with lubricant and I would suggest applying a small amount out of the box before first use. All in all, I'm extremely satisfied with this purchase after my first use. Only time will tell regarding durability, but I'm hoping for the best and it's a plus that it does have 1 year warranty/support. ... show more

Its was very tiny like kid size- I have been waiting for a refund for 3 weeks- I returned the treadmill and they still refuse to refund after I paid 224.00 shipping fee-Amazon says it will help but still waiting- bad business

We ordered this treadmill primarily for weight control exercise. It runs quietly and is well designed so that you can pause it and not lose your current exercise data. I have been walking for two miles on it daily, without any problems whatsoever. The frame is sturdy, the belt is more than wide enough, and there are additional "program" modes like the ones you might expect in much more expensive treadmills. We are very satisfied with this purchase. When we received it, the well-designed container box had nevertheless been poked by what looked like a fork lift tine during transportation to us by FedEx. We notified the seller, and they quickly ordered replacement parts for a plastic cover that had been fractured by the penetrating object, and a small plastic part on the drive motor. I received those parts today and installed them myself to bring the unit into proper operating condition; we had been using it with the damaged parts without any problem. Even though the problem was not caused by the seller, they stood behind the product and sent us the replacement parts from China at their own expense. This is the kind of support which we appreciate, "above and beyond the call of duty", so I recommend this treadmill and the company selling it without any reservations. ... show more

The functionality is great but this thing is so small. For the price I was expecting a normal size treadmill. It’s half the size. My bad for not digging the belt is about the same width but the deck is super small. Definitely not worth the money IMO. Will return, not what I was looking for.
