Awesome and sturdy treadmill. Pretty straight forward to assemble. It's only a few screws in a few operations to get up and running. I especially appreciate that they restricted the belt to make removal easier and safer. It is heavy though, so I recommend at least two people lift if you don't have a dolly. It's very quiet and runs smoothly, even though I max out the limit on weight. It's also quiet on incline. It's designed well, having 3 places to store a drink. The media could not be loaded. I’ve been using the BORGUSI treadmill for a couple of weeks now, and honestly, I’m really impressed with it. The deck is nice and wide for me, so I can run comfortably without worrying about feeling cramped. The non-slip surface is great, too—it gives me confidence while running, especially when I’m pushing myself. Assembly was a breeze. It came mostly put together, and I only needed about 15 minutes to finish it up. I have limited space, but the folding design means I can tuck it away when I’m done. I was skeptical to purchase this cause so many treadmills with good prices these days are small. I am replacing a pro form treadmill I have had for 20 years and just doesn’t work well anymore. So first off this treadmill is compact but plenty of room to walk at a fast stride and also jog. ( I’m 5 ft.) the computer is very easy to use and has good functions. It is very quiet and even jogging seems to have good support. I love how the base is on hydraulics and comes down easy. The one thing I don’t like and is very minuscule but the speakers that connect your music to the treadmill are very bad. The sound is pretty ancient. I wish they had put better speakers in but it still is a great concept so you don’t need headphones. Very happy with the purchase. ... show more

Five months later, I still like this treadmill. It isn't fancy. But for a medium-sized woman on a budget, like me, it's just right. It was easy for hubby and me to set up, it's comfortable to use, it's compact enough to stand at the end of my desk when folded up, and it's super easy to fold up and let down. I typically just press Start and go, maybe with a bit of an incline. My only issue is that the timer isn't fully visible unless I press on it. That's a problem with build quality, so yours probably won't have that problem. It wasn't noticeable until I started using it, so I didn't want to send the whole thing back. ... show more

I'm super happy with this treadmill so far. I bought it about three weeks ago and I've loved it. I mostly use it for walking on an incline. The incline goes up to 12% and works really well. The treadmill isn't as big as a regular treadmill, but it's perfect for me because it doesn't take up much space. The treadmill did not power on after assembly & customer service was only possible thru Amazon messaging ( no customer support# or website). I was offered $30 credit if I would try their "5 step" approach to self repair that I received thru a messaged link. When I opened the motor to start the process, I could see the ground wire to power switch was not connected (this step was not on the list, but was obvious). As soon as I fixed the power switch & started the machine, It stopped & an error warning appeared on the screen. After 2 significant problems occurred BEFORE setting a foot on this clearly cheap, defective product I decided that I needed to return & refund. Although I was refunded promptly, Burgosi insisted that I keep the defective treadmill & refused to pick it up or send me a prepaid label to return the gigantic, 120 LB box, making disposal MY problem. Amazon was useless in resolving this & after numerous calls to Amazon & online chatting they stuck me the the problem of disposal. I resolved this problem myself by hauling it out of my basement (with a dolly I had to pay $100 for on Amazon) & leaving it @ Amazon return desk @ Kohls as the clerk was attempting to tell me I needed to bring it to UPS (WITHOUT providing a prepaid label for me), I kept walking out of the store & ignored her. I bought the treadmill based on positive reviews including "great customer service"). The customer service required me to attempt to repair defective product for a $30 payout that was never given. The treadmill appeared to be cheap & shoddy & I cannot speak to its ability to function as it never actually worked. The amount of time & aggravation I went thru trying to get Amazon to remove this piece of crap from my home I will never be compensated for but have learned the lesson of being skeptical of reviews & to never buy large electronic product thru Amazon again as they will refund but not pick up defective merchandise & rather point he finger of blame on their "3rd party sellers" & leave the paying customer with the problem of disposal/removal. BUYER BEWARE I advise buying a treadmill from a brick & mortar store that will guarantee returns & buy one that costs a little more & is built better. This was by far my most disappointing purchase EVER on Amazon & I buy lots of things ... show more

Hi returning to up date review. Now that I ve been using the tread mill for a couple weeks I can give my opinion. Very easy to assemble. Did it myself at 82. Very nice piece of equipment. My old one was a sports craft and bigger so was a little skeptical this would be too small but it is perfect. love all the programs on it and the auto incline was a plus. so far everything working fine.
