COVID Home workout. First 4 months, couch potato and eating everything that wasn’t nailed down. For the last month, I’ve been trying to regain my 20+ years workout fitness. These bands are great. I’ve tried the elastic ones in the past, and they rolled up. This brand stays flat, has plenty of stretch. The package comes in 3 colors, each has a different workout - light, medium, heavy. I am using the light, since I am new to the bands, but will move onto the medium soon. I was pleased with this brand after reading some were just simply too challenging to use. The bands and YOUTUBE are all you need. Just put in ‘Booty Band Workout’ and you will find a library of videos to sample. I keep teasing my husband that I’ll soon look like the instructors in the videos. He rolls his eyes, and tells me he’s proud of me. Try them, you’ll love them. ... show more

    • Light and Medium band stretched out after less than 2 weeks of use.

I was really excited to use these bands, and the first few times I used them, they were great. However, after less than 2 weeks of using them a few days a week for about 40 minutes at a time, the Light and Medium bands have stretched out so if I'm standing at all, they fall right off. This is super frustrating because I specifically looked for bands that were all the same length with different resistance since I have a small frame. I'm 5' and about 111 lbs. I bought a different brand for my husband & his have not stretched out at all. Disappointed :( Also, the drawstring to the bag doesn't have any kind of closure to keep it from opening. ... show more

Before using these, no matter how much I worked out, I never really had that much definition in my thighs but since using these, I'm actually seeing that line I've been waiting to see practically my whole workout life. Not to mention, starting to see a round behind. I love the bright pastel colors that these come in but the best part is they stay up. I have yet to have these even come close of sliding down to slipping while working out. At first they were a bit of a struggle to get on but now, it just feels as though I'm putting on another pair of bottoms. No matter how much I'm stretching or moving, I have yet to see these things tear or shred any sort of elastic. These don't get in the way of my workout and I really do feel the burn while using these. ... show more

I love the colors of them there super comfortable and easy to put on as well I 100% recommend. I love how it comes with a black bag so that you can put them in there and take it wherever you need to go so you’re not carrying all of them one by one I also like that it comes with a little booklet on what exercises you could do and on the back I love how it says how to take care of them I would recommend these over the plastic bands just because they’re fabric and they’ll stay on your legs better and they do not slide down ... show more

I’m pretty disappointed in these. I had high expectations because I had other cotton bands prior from another brand and they were great. However, I used my heavy band a lot and it started becoming undone sooner than I expected. I wanted to try a new brand since the other one was more expensive and didn’t last long, so I bought these these, but the stretch is awful. They barely stretch at all and when you do stretch, it doesn’t return back. These feel like it’s just straight cotton and barely any elasticity. I don’t like these at all and will be returning. I’ll have to go with the previous brand I bought and just hope that the band doesn’t start to disintegrate so soon like it did before. ... show more

When I first got it, it worked great; it had good resistance and good recoil of the bands. After a month or so, the bands remained stretched, and now they can only be used for very few exercises; I had to switch back to plastic bands. When using, they do not ride up, and they stay in place, which I really liked. Overall, I don't recommend for long term use. ... show more

I relied on the reviews :( The Tag is different from the photos of other reviews and different from the product advertised.
