I love this dryer. It covers my long hair and dries quickly. Can't use hi heat because it gets very hot, but the cool setting dryed my dreadlocks in about 45 minutes. Cute bag for traveling. I have natural hair that's below my shoulders and it's 3C/4A-ish. My hair was just about fully dry in 25 minutes. With my products, my curls are shiny and will defined, and they're pretty well stretched out, too. My one complaint: I couldn't get the strap tight enough around my head, and the cap kept slipping. Eventually I tied a scarf around to make it fit most tightly to my head. I've seen some other models with chin straps; if this dryer had one it probably would've made the fit better for me. (There's a little Velcro loop to tighten the hose part around your dryer, and that worked perfectly.) Even though I had to make a modification to make it fit tighter, it's a keeper for me. I bought this product because my bonnet hair dryer died and I needed something quick and lightweight so my daughter would sit still during deep conditionings. I’ve only used it once and had problems getting it tight enough to stay on my daughter’s head. I used the Velcro straps but still couldn’t get it tight enough . I did not have any problems tightening the other end and only hand dryer. Also it seems to distribute the heat evenly although it was loose. Note: I have only used this product once for deep conditioning. I don’t know how long it would take to dry rollers sets etc. the price was great and the shipping was right on time. ... show more

I love this! The satin around the hairline is great!!! I wish the hose were a little longer. It worked better than expected. I expected the hose to slip but it didn’t. The drawstring tightens around the blow dryer morel and stays put. I think it works best if the blow dryer remains upright. I have a blow dryer stand so it worked well for me. The hood did not have a smell when I opened the package. It also came with a pouch to store it in. I have long hair and I don’t like going to bed with wet hair. This hood allowed me to place all of my hair inside, lock in my leave-in deep conditioner and dry at the same time. Warning, it gets hot so, turn down your dryer.
