It is nice that this comes with a different color of housing so that you can quickly know that it is for fabric. This is a good, nice blade that makes cutting fabric a breeze. Just make sure you have the correct mat and this blade is perfect!

Not sure yet how long these are going to last, but I wanted a more budget priced blade to use for some upcoming projects. Didn't want to add wear and tear to my other blades and decided to get these. So far so good on larger non intricate cuts.

I have had the first of three of these cutting blades in my Cricket for over a month now and haven't had a need whatsoever for another blade and I use my cutting machine several times throughout the day! I have a Cricut Explore and thought I'd run this with my permanent vinyl. It was easy to load and had no issues cutting. My stickers actually had some finer details which didn't seem to have any problems. The weeding was only a bit difficult due to the complexity of the design rather than the cut. I haven't tried it on other mediums as of yet, but seems like an inexpensive replacement for Cricut brand cartridges and blades. One can never have too many Cricut blades! These are quality made, nice and sharp and last a good while before they need changing out. That being said, I've used the initial blade in the housing and haven't had to switch it out yet.
