Lift is what it promised. A lift, works well and simple to set up. Honestly seen reviews complaining about poor assembly instructions, and after getting the lift unboxed and in position (the lift is upside down in the crate), the assembly took maybe 30 minutes. Never even opened the manual until after. bolt the extension on if you choose, then bolt on the clamp and the stabilizer bar. Tired of going to shops when I can handle my own horses at home. This lift is great for the shops as well. The sides don’t come with the lift ok by me no quads. It’s very sturdy as long your floor is level like a garage floor. Measure your ceiling to your bars or mirrors make sure you got the height and keep your air pressure regulated to 110 max. The book makes great kindling for sure. I don’t know if this lift will handle a 10’ bike only length wise haven’t measured yet. I bought this for a Christmas present and let me tell you it’s well worth the money. It only took me about 1 hour to put it together. Take all the the metals out of the coffin flip it over BUT before you air up you got to cut two zip ties at the cast wheels air up so you have a table and bolt together. Works like it should. The pedal is a little touchy but it's still good operation. If the shop gets busier, I'll buy another for sure.

    • Well Crated, Solid Motorcycle Lift . . . If Only . . . .
Lift was very well crated and arrived in perfect condition. Seems well constructed, operation is smooth. Would hacve given it a 5-start rating except for two issues, one minor, the other requiring some more cash to upgrade. I have a personal "issue" with the crappy hardware that so many manufacturers include with their products, This was no exception, cheap, plated hex head bolts, flat washers, and spin-on nuts, not even nylocks. No an issue, as I build high-end sidecar, I replaced all the included hardware with stainless and nylocks (yes, I know, I'm a bit obsessive). The one thing that really disappoints is the foot pedal. Super cheap, no return to center springs, so easy to accidently activate. Sloppy assembly, the pedal itself wasn't even remotely square to the base plate. It's the one component received that went into the trash, and a new pedal was purchased. For additional out-of-pocket expense, I now have a 5-start lift <g>. ... show more
