The Angadona dough tool kit meets all my baking needs. The pastry mat is thicker than my old one, and non-stick. The measuring guides and metric conversion on the mat provide convenience at a glance. It can be rolled up and saves storage space. The five biscuit cutters of various sizes that comes with it make the cutting job easy. I especially like the clip that holds them nicely together. The handles feel sturdy. The pastry scraper works great with the dough mat too. The well-constructed dough blender can easily cut into frozen butter without bending. I was tired of using my metal egg rings to cut biscuits. I also needed a new dough mat. My old mat wasnt heat resistant. This kit had the best of almost everything I wanted. The mat is huge and super easy to clean. It does have some conversions printed on it but those are not easy to read due to the mat texture and ink color. But, I didnt buy it for conversions. The biscuit cutters are not super thin metal and clean easily. I love having all the different sizes. The dough knife is strong and sharp. But not so sharp that if easily cuts into the silicone mat.
